What is a conversion credit?
Your BankStmtConverter account receives monthly conversion credits based on your subscription plan. One credit is used when you convert a bank statement for the first time.
How does the conversion process work?
Simply upload your bank statement (PDF, image, or digital statement), and our system automatically detects the format and converts it to your desired output format (Excel or CSV). Results are typically available within minutes.
What file formats do you support?
We support most major bank statement formats including PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and digital statements. We can convert these to Excel, CSV and other accounting software formats (this feature will be available soon).
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan includes enough credits to test all conversion features before subscribing. You can convert several statements to experience our service quality with no payment required.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. We recommend using all your credits before renewal to maximize your subscription value.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Annual subscriptions include a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. We currently don't offer seasonal promotions or additional discounts.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still access your account and previous conversions, but new statements won't be processed until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Can I change my subscription?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period.
Is my financial data secure?
We take security seriously. All uploads are encrypted using bank-level security. We don't store your actual financial data after conversion, and all temporary files are automatically deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Our Payment is processed by Paddle.com .
Can I get a refund?
While we offer limited refunds, we encourage trying our Free plan first. If you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
