Below are the Terms of Service. We invite you to carefully review these terms before using our services. It should take you approximately 5 minutes.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our web pages located at https://bankstmtconverter.com/operated by CodePixel Solutions Private Limited.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our web pages. Please read it here: https://bankstmtconverter.com/privacy.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these Agreements, please refrain from using the Service. However, do let us know by emailing support@bankstmtconverter.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our Service.
Communications
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your payment details. You represent and warrant that:(i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete. We may use third-party services to facilitate payment. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide this information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for various reasons, including product or service availability, errors in descriptions or pricing, or other reasons.
Changes in Usage Policy
We reserve the right to modify the usage parameters, including word counts, or impose usage restrictions per hour, to safeguard the interests of all users and ensure uniform access to the service. These changes will be made to maintain service quality and fair access for all users.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. Please review these rules as well as our Privacy Policy if you participate in any Promotions.
Subscriptions
Certain parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. Your Subscription will renew automatically unless canceled by you or BankStmtConverter. You can manage your Subscription through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.
Free Trial
BankStmtConverter may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to provide billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
Desktop License (Windows and macOS)
This section applies to BankStmt Desktop, our on-premise application for Windows and macOS, and to the license keys sold for it. Where this section conflicts with another section of these Terms, this section governs for the desktop application.
License grant. Subject to these Terms and to payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BankStmt Desktop. Unless your order states otherwise, a standard license activates the application on one computer. The number of computers (seats) covered by your license is shown at checkout and in your license details; contact us if you need additional seats or a managed rollout. You may move your license to a replacement computer by contacting support.
License key. Your license key is a credential. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity under it. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute your license key or the installer, and you may not circumvent, disable or tamper with the licensing, trial or activation mechanisms. We may deactivate a license or activation where we reasonably believe it is being shared, resold or otherwise used in breach of these Terms.
Ownership and restrictions. The desktop application is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the application remain with CodePixel Solutions Private Limited and its licensors. Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the application.
Free trial. BankStmt Desktop is offered with a free trial so that you can evaluate the application on your own computer, with your own statements, before you pay anything. The trial requires email verification, and is limited to one trial per email address and per computer. The trial length is stated on the download page and in the application. We may change or withdraw the trial at any time.
No refunds. Desktop license purchases are final and non-refundable. Because a fully functional free trial is available before purchase, you are expected to use the trial to confirm that the application works on your computer and with your statements. By buying a desktop license you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the application through the free trial and that no refund, credit or exchange is available once the license key has been issued. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, and nothing here limits the statutory rights of consumers where those rights apply. If the application does not work as described, contact support@bankstmtconverter.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
One-time purchase and updates. A desktop license is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription; it does not renew and is not billed again automatically. The license includes a period of free updates as stated at checkout. After that period the application continues to work, but new versions may require an update purchase at the price shown at the time.
Local processing. The desktop application processes your statements on your own computer. An internet connection is required to download the installer, verify a trial, activate or validate a license, and check for updates. See our Privacy Policy for what is sent to us in each of those cases.
Your responsibility for data. Because output files are stored on your computer, you are responsible for backing up your files and for the security of the computer on which the application is installed. The application is a conversion tool, not accounting, financial or tax advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing extracted transactions for accuracy before relying on them.
Termination. Your license terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms, including the license key and restriction provisions above. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the application. No refund is payable on termination.
Fee Changes
BankStmtConverter may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
BankStmtConverter is committed to providing high-quality service. Users are expected to avoid misuse or overuse that may impact service quality for others.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that harms others or interferes with the Service's proper functioning.
Intellectual Property
Our Service and its content remain the exclusive property of BankStmtConverter and its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.
Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on our Service infringes copyright, please contact us with detailed information.
Error Reporting and Feedback
You may provide feedback or report errors concerning our Service via email or other tools. Your feedback grants us the right to use it for development purposes.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked to our Service.
Disclaimer Of Warranty
Our services are provided "as is." We do not warrant their operation or the accuracy of information.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Waiver And Severability
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of others. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
