If you want all your incoming Outlook emails to be sent automatically to another email account, follow this easy guide. This works for Outlook Web App, which is commonly used by organizations with Exchange Server accounts.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Outlook Web App

Sign in to your Outlook account using your web browser.

2. Go to Settings

Click the gear icon (βš™οΈ) in the top-right corner.
Then select Options from the menu.

3. Access Inbox Rules

On the left sidebar, go to Organize Email β†’ Inbox Rules.
Inbox Rules let you create automatic actions for incoming emails.

4. Create a New Rule

Click the + button, then select Create a new rule for incoming messages.
This will start the setup for automatic forwarding.

5. Choose Which Messages to Forward

Under When the message arrives, select Apply to all messages.
This means every incoming email will be forwarded.

6. Set the Forwarding Action

Under Do the following, click More options.
Then select Forward, redirect, or send β†’ Forward the message.

7. Enter the Forwarding Email Address

Type the email address where you want the messages to be sent.
  • You can select it from your address book, or
  • Enter it manually if it’s not listed.

8. Save the Rule

Click OK to confirm the forwarding address.
Then click Save to activate your rule.
Now, all new incoming emails will automatically be sent to the email address you specified.
